Vote NOT to change 74 rule to have all areas on roster.

Please vote not to change the current rule that allows teams to have players from all AREAS.

If it is changed, we will see a decline in number of 74 teams.

I know this suggestion could not have been from FHC. It had to come from a team that needs players in their area to form a team.
