OVEIDO ? WTF ? WHY ?

Why is FHC using Oveido again ? Have they fixed those fields ? Last time we played there they SUCKED. Were nothing but dangerous.
Back then Randy Lemay said they would not use them again, so curious to why we are ?
And if they haven't been fixed why is the middle brackets playing there. Let the uppers and when they whine and cry they won't get used again. well the Uppers won't..
If they are fixed and nice now then thats all mute but I can't find anything saying they have been.
